Hi All, This question is raised by the Exalate customer. 


"Hi team, here’s my case:

I have a sub-task in A instance, and I want to sync it to B instance and create a new ticket with non-subtask issue type.
I keep receiving the error “Field Issue type is a sub-task but parent issue key or id not specified.: issuetype.”,
May you help with this case?"

      Hi Tony, 


      Whatever is the issuetracker - It’s just about mapping the sub-task from A to a non-subtask on B.
