On a Jira Cloud visual connection, the reporter's comments are showing on the destination side as 'Exalate' instead of the reporter's name. I have followed Exalate support advice for more advanced configuration issues and I have added script to this visual connection (https://docs.idalko.com/exalate/x/ogXHAw) I added the script in, pressed publish, and now it's stuck at the rotating synchronizing icon for nearly an hour. Can someone please advise?

Can you please go ahead and delete cache, file and cookies, then refresh the browser and try again? Feel free to let us know the outcome.
Publishing the script from another computer resolved the issue. Thank you.
