Troubleshoot Jira sync issues when there is no error

Hello,


I have sync setup between two on premise instances( Jira Server and Jira DC) which has been working fine until we noticed yesterday that the sync is not working any more.  There are no errors generated, and I have also tried manual sync individual and run trigger sync that sync all issues.


How can I troubleshoot this issue further?

      Hi,


      The manual trigger did not resolve the issue.


      This issue was because of a wider issue with Jira, and restarting Jira resolved issue.

        Hi Ziad Qadora 


        From your info it didn't say if it worked or not when you manually triggered the sync?


        Is your connection to the other instance showing all ok?
