The Exalate team will be on holiday for the coming days - returning Jan 4 Enjoy & stay safe
We are trying to connect an Exalate node behind the firewall with Jira Cloud.
ServiceNow <--> Exalate <-- firewall ---> Jira Cloud. Followed “Configuration steps” in the link was not helpful https://docs.idalko.com/exalate/display/ED/Sync+Public+and+Private+Jira+Servers
The instructions there are not screenshots, and no mention on what instance we are supposed to initiate the connection.

Hi there,
Could you try initiating the connection from Jira Cloud side and use the option "I don't have a URL" then, accept invite in ServiceNow side? Let me know if that fixes the whole problem. Then, if not, let us know, so we can guide on further steps.
Thanks,
Ariel
