I am using Exalate in a trial and running into a few issues between Salesforce and Azure Devops. I am using the default outgoing and incoming sync configuration.
1) Attachments are coming over without any extension and are therefore not able to be previewed/opened.
2) Items coming from SF to Azure Devops are coming over as tasks and I don’t see where to modify which type of work item is created. I’d prefer to use either User Stories, Bugs, or ideally Spikes (which may not be a default item type).
Can you please help me understand how to address these?
