Syncing sprints that are already created

Hi all,

Is there a way to sync the sprint value of an issue in a case the local sprint and the corresponding remote sprint were already created (but not using Exalate)? I mean - two different users in the two jira's created a sprint, and it has the same name, dates and so on..

    Yes you can check how to sync sprints for Jira On-Premise here:

    Most likely, if you implement the sprint mapping correctly, that should be enough and should also work.

    I'm aware of the document you sent, but in my case it will create duplicate sprints..

    How can I prevent that from happening?

    Hi Yaakov,

    Then you can delete the duplicate sprint, since there is no way to connect existing sprints into synchronization in Jira Server.
