We are working to integrate attachments from ServiceNow to Jira and vise versa. but attachments are not working with normal ITIL, exalate related, scrum_admin roles. we can able to integrate data is but attachments are not processing. when we provide admin role. then it is started working fine.

Some one help us to resolve this issue.
