I assume that with
> each server has a NAT IP for other company to access itYou mean that each server can access the other side?
Can you confirm by accessing an OS level shell and try to open the Jira using either curl or wget.

Hi,
We're trying two instances of Jira (data center) instances used by two different companies.
both instances are behind separate firewalls, thus in addition to their Main IP, each server has a NAT IP for other company to access it. We are able to open these instances using a browser on the other server using NAT provided IP.
for creating connection I selected the "I don't have a URL" on our instance and shared the connection string with the other party. but after they accepted the connection, it stocks on "pending".
How should I made the connection to work?
ps. I've tried to enter the IP address of other Jira and it said "Exalate not installed on other side".
