We are migrating our on premise Jira servers from one geographic location to another and wanted to know how can we make sure that existing issues which are already synced between Jira and service now environment remains synced ?

We are migrating our Jira servers and wanted to check how to make sure that the issues which are already synced between Jira and servicenow remains in-synced af6er we migrate the server.


We will be following XML restore process in order to migrate data from existing Jira server to new Jira server. Can we use Bulk exalate functionality for this case ?


What are other recommendations from your side ?
