For the past week, all the issues with attachments are not syncing on the Jira cloud from one Jira instance to another. when we manually resend the issue without the attachment it syncs but when you try the same with an attachment it brings an error. This only started a week ago.
It seems, that in your case the error was claiming that the destination Exalate's filesystem was overflown and couldn't accept any more attachments.
