I am trying to log into Exalate console through ServiceNow menu first time. I tried login as ServiceNow admin and ExalateIntegration users, but both accounts login failed and come as invalid credentials. Both accounts are active and also these accounts has exlate_admin roles assigned to it. Any clue?
