We have ServiceNow and Jira synchronized using Exalate.
Is there a way to delete or change issue status in Jira when the issue in ServiceNow gets deleted?

      Yes there is.

      You can use the Post Exalate Processor which is available on the Jira On Premise add-on
      The last example shows how to act on the fact that the servicenow issue is deleted.

      Note that this is an early access feature, so YMMV
