Hi Salma,
If I understood correctly you want to synchronize one issue to multiple projects on one sync event, right?
Unfortunately, you can't do this. Although, you can set up your rules to synchronize to different projects based on a particular condition, Exalate synchronizes to one project per sync event.
The only way to sastify your use case, is by creating multiple connections, so when an issue is created or updated, based on triggers you will be synchronizing the same issue on one or more connections.

Could you please advice me how can i sync one issue to multiple projects
We have this case
one project has to synchronize issue ( features) to multiple project ( broadcast) based on specific customfield
We use Jira Server and Internal connection
