Exalate operations will be triggering issue update events which then trigger notifications.
There is currently no way to distinguish between events generated by user.
You can have a look at notification assistant to provide finer grained notification schemes, or remove the user from the notification schemeAdd your comment...
We do not want to have mail notification twice (one from JIRA for the original project/ticket and other one from exalated tickets)
