Changing workflow after initial sync

I am wondering if its possible to change the workflow of issues after they have been synced, and if so, is it just a case of pausing the sync, implementing the workflow/status changes on both sides of the connection, and then resuming sync?

      Changing the workflow is always possible.


      There are 2 approaches


      • stop sync, adapt workflows, adapt status mapping, continue sync
      • Adapt status mapping, adapt workflows
        • The adaptation of the status mapping needs to take into account the old and the new situation (if possible)
