Cannot login into my servicenow node (snownode)

Hello,

I am trying to log on for 1st time to exalate console (https://snownode-.....) on my ServiceNow instance

and I cannot figure out what does it mean "Use the credentials from an administrator account in the issue tracker."


When I use different admin accounts from my SN and also ExalateIntegration account, they are not working.

Please help.

      Hi!


      One possibility is that your dev servicenow is sleeping. If you enter to your servicenow url you might see a message indicating that it is hibernating. You will need to wake it up and then you will be able to log in.
