Hi!
One possibility is that your dev servicenow is sleeping. If you enter to your servicenow url you might see a message indicating that it is hibernating. You will need to wake it up and then you will be able to log in.Best regards,

I am trying to log on for 1st time to exalate console (https://snownode-.....) on my ServiceNow instance
and I cannot figure out what does it mean "Use the credentials from an administrator account in the issue tracker."
When I use different admin accounts from my SN and also ExalateIntegration account, they are not working.
Please help.
