We are having Jira server to Servicenow integration, where we are syncing issue url from Jira and SNOW. The issue is the syncback URL for snow redirects us to self service view "catalogTask.do?sys_id=e6d37fcedb23d0543abbef3c0b961982@99@sysparm_view=ess" whereas we want to redirect our user to default view. Is there any setting or configuration we can do for this ?
