We have a connection where an issue is created on Jira On-Premise and a copy is created on Jira Cloud. This connections has been successfully syncing issue status from Jira On-Premise to Jira Cloud.
We now want to give permissions to update issues in Jira Cloud, so syncing status from Jira Cloud to Jira On Premise needs to be established.
Syncing comments and fields fom Jira Cloud to Jira On-Premise is working okay, but transition is not. I tried pushing a sync through trigger and connect but status still does not sync.
I have tried the following instructions with no success:
