I need to sync Timetracking from one Jira cloud account to another.

I've tried with: instance_1.issue.timeSpent = instance2.issue.timeSpent

As your docs says: https://docs.idalko.com/exalate/display/ED/How+to+synchronize+Time+tracking

But that doesnt sync any time from the timetracking field.

Your answer doesnt solve my question sir.

It is fine that you said the docs would be updated but my experience shows that the docs isn't always working.

        Hi!

In Jira Cloud setting the timeSpent directly is not supported, it needs to be set through worklogs. This is a limitation on the Jira Cloud REST api and exalate cannot workaround it.

We will make sure the docs are updated.

        Best regards,

        Juan
