On Jira cloud, I have a exalate connection between two projects from different cloud instances.  Between exalated tickets, if I edit or delete comments from one, it is not reflected on the other.  New comments are synced perfectly fine.  Has anybody encountered this and how I can go about resolving this?

Simple "issue.comments = commentHelper.mergeComments(issue, replica)" is used.  Based on my understanding, this should take care of synchronization of removing and editing comments
