Hi 

Got the following error while triggerring the issues. 


Unexpected error occurred while communicating with destination side. Error when posting sync request from sync event `3010` to `https://jcloudnode-jail-pent-sert-tush.exalate.cloud`. unhandled response status `Service Unavailable (503)` with body `Service Unavailable` Generate an exalate support.zip file and contact support.


Please advise.

      I did recreate the connection and the issue is resolved, but I would be keen to know what this error means ? 

      Can this happen while the synch is still active ?
