How to sync Epic correctly>

I have a connection where I have "Epic.send()" on one side and "Epic.receive()" on the other side. Despite that I have "Field Epic Name is required.: customfield_10002." error. What may be the problem?

      Can you check if the field epic name is on the form.

        Another customer had the same problem and he found a solution


        I have managed to find the problem and my solution works now.
        The Epic sync is not working in Jira cloud if the Epic Colour field is not on screen. I fixed it and now everything works fine based on your guide - no custom scripting was necessary. 



        Can you check if this applicable also for this case?
